The try-on program for a Ballroom Dresses is a 3-STEP process.

STEP 1: Place the order. Dress will be shipped next business day!

STEP 2: You receive and try-on, show instructors, husbands, and stylists. 

STEP 3: If you love it, thats it, or return the dress within 48 hours with the Return label provided for a full refund!

GLAMOUR GOWNS TRY-ON POLICIES

Shipping/Handling.

Buyer is responsible for roundtrip shipping and insurance charges. Shipping cost is a flat fee of $60 one way. If multiple dresses will be sent, this rate will change, due to weight and additional insurance charges. GLAMOUR GOWNS is not responsible for delivery delays or lost package caused by third parties. Tracking number will be provided.

Delivery and Returns/Exchanges.

All returned costumes must be shipped to GLAMOUR GOWNS within 48 hours from the time the costume was delivered to the Buyer, in its original condition, with all original tags attached. Failure to return the costume within specified time renders this transaction a sale: GLAMOUR GOWNS retains the payment made under this Agreement and Buyer assumes the ownership of the costume.Once your returned Costume has been received, we will process your refund within 2 business Days. Return Label will be provided.

Your dress order will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, fully insured & signature required.

Alterations.

Minor alterations are included in price. Minor alterations, such as changing cups, adjusting straps, shortening the skirt or sleeves, etc

Many simple alterations are included in the dress price.

*Restrictions apply: That service excludes dresses under $1700.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Alterations do take 4-6 weeks. If alterations need to be rushed, additional rush fee will be applied.

*Major Alterations like adding sleeves, adding floats, changing the dress design or Rhinestone add-on is not included in price. and additional charges may apply.
